How to order
Step 1 – Email us
Email your artwork image to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The image does not need to be anything special and a jpeg will be fine. Although PDF Vector files are preferred.
Please specify the following:
- Image size (in mm) and any changes required (colour, font etc..)
- Quantity of pieces required
- The material of the garment that the heat transfer will be applied to (we are happy to assist you in specifying this, just call us to discuss your project)
Step 2 – Receive Quote
We will produce a quotation for the work package outlined in stage 1 of this process. This will be emailed back to you.
Step 3 – Confirm Order
You decide and commission the project. At this stage we will give you a timescale for the production of your job. If this is your first order then payment in full will be required at this point.
Payment for your order
In the case of a small order, payment will be required in full for your first order. Thereafter we are happy to consider the option of account payment. All decisions will be made based on our selection process and there is no guarantee that this will be possible in all cases.
For larger volume orders a staged payment option is also possible. The payment scheme will be a point of discussion at stage 3 of our process when you are commissioning the work.
Smaller orders may be sent using first class post and larger orders will be shipped by our carrier. In all cases we will aim for next day delivery. If you have any specific delivery requirements then please call Dan on 01376 500 539 to discuss these before placing your order.
We have also recently introduced an option to collect from our Witham based factory. To take advantage of this option and potentially save yourself at least 24 hours delivery time call Dan on 01376 500 539. This service is only available by prior arrangement so please do not show up at our factory before talking to us as this is likely to result in disappointment.
